In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our dynamic team by conducting online research, sourcing potential candidates, and contributing to our scalable hiring process.

Tasks and Responsibilities

– Job search, research, filtering and applications.
– Opportunities application to various industry roles
– Daily job application for about 200+ job filtered opportunities daily with scope specifics
– Tracking opportunities and closing open job lead.
– Updating applicant information and details in line with the job market.
– weekly review and insight to tailor applicants’ job preference
– Tracking and filing of all job applications done
– Archiving and file management

Terms

6-month renewable contract – With One month probationary period
Payment is done weekly alongside other perks (Data bundle)
Minimum KPIs must be achieved daily/weekly
